We welcome enquiries from barristers across the country that predominantly specialize in public law or the interface between public law and other law disciplines.
Expressions of interest
Public Law Toolbox Chambers invites expressions of interest from public law barristers interested in working in a collegial environment with other barristers that specialise in this area of the law. Whether that be “upstream” in policy making, law drafting, making submissions to influence law making and the select committee process, or those who specialise “downstream” in judicial reviews and declaratory judgments when litigation has become necessary as a last resort.
The reach of public law also includes barristers who specialise in issues in Te Ao Maori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi, the NZ Bill of Rights Act, discrimination and Royal Commissions, reviews and inquiries.
Public law backs into so many other specialist areas of the law but the focus of these chambers will be for barristers working at the interface between public law and other specialties whether it be commercial law, employment law, or criminal prosecution by regulators and white collar crime.
We welcome enquiries from individuals who wish to work either in our physical Chambers or remotely. If you would like to express your interest please contact us with your name and number: Contact Us.
